When A Woman Is Raped, We Know Where It Pains: Vinta Nanda's Lawyer's Thrashing Reply In Court
Laut ke buddhu ghar ko aaya. That's the state of Alok Nath for now. But yesterday in court, the man's lawyer Ashok Saraogi man was fighting tooth and nail to get gag orders imposed on Vinta. The latest is that the City Civil Court in Dindoshi has rejected the plea he had filed, seeking an injunction to be placed on Vinta from speaking to the media about the rape allegations she has levied against him.

SpotboyE.com had also done a long, exhaustive interview with the lady in question, few days back (SEE BELOW). Early October, Alok through his wife Ashu Singh also filed a civil defamation suit against Vinta, seeking damages of Rs 1. Sessions Judge S. U. Baghele also observed that Vinta's post on her Facebook page on October 8 in which she alleged that Alok raped her 19 years ago, defames neither Ashu nor Alok.

Advocate Dhruti Kapadia represented Vinta in a very heated argument, which lasted 3 hours yesterday. The order was passed. today. Saraogi's aggression was nicely countered by Kapadia when he said, "Vinta has just realised that she has experienced pain, but she doesn't say where the pain is. After drinking too, you get a hangover, that too causes pain." Talking to SpotboyE.com this evening, Kapadia says she shot back saying, "When a woman is raped, we know where it pains. Do we need to explain it to the court?"

Added Kapadia, “I am glad. If a gag order would have been imposed on Vinta, how would it help the women of this country who are finally coming out to speak up against their sexual offenders?" It may be recalled that Tanushree lit the torch of the #MeToo movement in India when she raised the red flag against Nana Patekar's incident with her on the sets of Horn OK Pleassss in 2008.

Meanwhile, after the Dindoshi Court order, Vinta Nanda went and recorded her statement at the Oshiwara Police Station. Below is the video of that:

Alok Nath, we believe, will continue to fight his case.
